Pupusa and Dessert Vendor Application
DATE OF EVENT: MAY 15TH, 2022 - LOS ANGELES, CA. (Elysian Park).
We are excited that you're interested in participating in our first Pupusa Fest!
If you’re submitting as a Pupusa vendor, we encourage all chefs to think outside the box from the traditional pupusas - get creative, be unique, and leave your signature flavor as a taste to be remembered!
Please fill out the application below for consideration. Once submitted, our team will review and will notify you if you've been selected to participate. Thank you once again and we look forward in learning more about your business! Please take note that all vendors must be self-sustainable. If you’re a small business or artist, do not fill this out, that application has expired.
Application deadline: April 8, 2022. Please read below for full details before submitting the application.
NOTE: ALL PARTICIPANTS/VENDORS MUST SHOW PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION STATUS FOR COVID-19. Business License and/or permit and Liability Insurance is a must.
PUPUSA VENDOR MENU ITEMS:
To best showcase your style and flavor, all menu items must be pupusas, since that's the theme of the event. A copy of your menu offerings is required in the application process.
As you plan your menu, we encourage you to be as creative possible! Do combinations of traditional ingredients or anything else you've been wanting to do! THIS IS YOUR TIME TO SHINE!
You must submit your specialty pupusa or pupusas that will be part of the Pupusa contest for most creative! We will need the name to add in our menu for attendees.
COSTS OF PARTICIPATING:
Vendor fee: $500
PUPUSA SALES:
Prices stay moderate for attendees no more than $7 per pupusa for specialty.
PUPUSA VENDOR PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE:
- A 10’x10’ space for tent space (no food trucks)
- 1 Parking Space
- 3 passes to event
You provide your own set up.
DESSERT VENDORS:
Quesadillas, cookie makers, or pan dulce lovers are totally welcome!
Cost to participate: $200
Space: 6x4 for a table and chairs (you must supply your own).
Once you've submitted your application, our team will review and notify you if you've been approved. Once you've been approved you will be provided with additional information such as licenses and permits.
